Somerset GP Training Hub and Primary Care Links: Guidelines

Many organisations produce guidelines, which are often updated regularly. Some of the most frequently accessed guidelines include: 

• NICE guidelines: there is an option to sign up for an email newsletter designed specifically for those in primary care, and it is also possible to see an overview of guidelines updated between particular dates:
• SIGN guidelines: Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network
• TRIP Pro: NHS OpenAthens account required to access the full features of this resource, basic features available to all 
• United Kingdom Health Security Agency (UKHSA, previously Public Health England)

There are also several specialised organisations which work on guidelines for particular conditions, including Royal Colleges.
